Shipping Policy

Boldchase currently ships orders within the United States. Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary because of order volume, address verification, carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Processing Time

Orders are normally processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation. Business days do not include weekends or U.S. holidays.

Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery is generally 8–13 business days after processing.

Shipping Cost

Standard shipping is $5.99 for orders under $49.99. Orders over $49.99 qualify for free standard shipping unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Carriers

Orders may ship with USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other reliable carriers depending on item size, warehouse availability, and destination.

Tracking

When tracking is available, we will provide tracking information by email. Tracking updates may take time to appear after carrier pickup.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If tracking shows an unusual delay, contact support@boldchase.com. We may ask the carrier to investigate and may request additional information.
