We want customers to receive products in the condition described on our website. This Refund Policy explains when returns, refunds, replacements, and cancellations may be available.
30-Day Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. Items must be unused, in the same condition received, with original packaging, accessories, manuals, and proof of purchase.
Return Authorization Required
Contact support@boldchase.com before returning any item. Items sent without authorization may be refused or delayed.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If an order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number, photos of the item, packaging, shipping label, and a description of the issue. We may offer a replacement, return label, partial refund, or full refund depending on the case.
Non-Returnable Items
Used items, items damaged by misuse, items missing original packaging or parts, final-sale items, and items outside the return window may be refused.
Refund Timing
After we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Bank or card processing times may vary.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping charges may be non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a verified product issue. Customer remorse returns may require the customer to cover return shipping.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before processing or shipment begins. Once fulfillment starts, cancellation may not be possible and the return process may apply.
